📦 Product Condition & Packaging
All collectible card products are brand new and factory-sealed. Due to international logistics, minor box imperfections may occur — these are normal transit conditions and do not affect internal product condition, factory seal integrity, or collectible value.
To reduce volumetric shipping costs, outer cartons may be removed. All inner boxes, blind box packaging, and factory seals remain fully intact.
⚠️ Minor cosmetic imperfections from transit are not considered product defects.

⚠️ Opened or seal-broken items may not be eligible for return due to the nature of collectible and blind box products.
💰 Refund Process
- Full refund including standard shipping fees
- Processed within 14 days of receiving the return request
- Refund held until returned goods received or proof of return provided
👉 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive severely damaged, missing, or incorrect products:
We will arrange a replacement or refund. Minor cosmetic transit damage is not considered a defect.
🎥 Unboxing Video — Strongly Recommended
Record a continuous unboxing video from sealed package to full opening. This is the fastest way to resolve any claims for missing or damaged items.
Without video evidence, additional verification steps may be required.
⚖️ Dispute Policy
We maintain complete transaction records — shipping proof, tracking data, and packaging records — for every order.
⚠️ Please contact us before initiating any payment dispute. We are committed to resolving all issues through direct communication.
- Dissatisfaction with random card contents is not a valid reason for refund or dispute
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled (within legal limits)
- All disputes are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws
