Shipping Costs
We offer HK$200 flat rate worldwide shipping for any quantity. All orders ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid. No surprise fees upon delivery.
Delivery Time
All orders ship via Air Express only — no sea freight used.
- Order Processing: 1–5 business days
- Air Shipping: 6–15 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 7–20 business days
Excludes weekends, public holidays, and customs delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can monitor shipment status, customs clearance progress, and delivery updates in real time.
Customs Fees & Duties
No additional customs fees. Our DDP shipping means all import duties and taxes are already included in the HK$200 flat rate. What you see is what you pay.
Customs Inspection Notice
Shipments may be subject to random customs inspection in the destination country. This is an externally triggered procedure beyond our control and may cause unexpected delivery delays. Please kindly exercise patience should this occur.
Packaging & Box Damage
To reduce volumetric shipping costs, outer cartons may be removed for some products. All inner boxes, blind box packaging, and factory seals remain fully intact.
Due to the long distances involved in international shipping, it is normal for card boxes to experience corner dents, edge scuffs, or slight deformation during transit (commonly referred to as "box damage"). Box damage does not affect the quality or integrity of the cards themselves and is not considered a product defect.
Unboxing Video — Strongly Recommended
If you notice any dents, damage, or abnormalities on the outer shipping box upon delivery, please record a full continuous unboxing video before opening the parcel. Without video evidence, damage caused during shipping will be difficult to verify.
Sales Tax
Sales tax (if applicable to your region) will be displayed at checkout and paid by customers at the time of purchase.
